Shipping & Returns Policy

Please be advised that for some of our products in store, vendors ship out from countries that are now having a one week holiday period, from October 1st - October 7th.

During this time we can expect both shipping and production delays. Please note that it may take a few more days than usual for tracking numbers to be updated and we can expect shipping delays of 5-7 days.

We apologize in advance to all customers affected by these delays for the inconvenience and thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Wiggle Decor's products are produced as ordered, considered as Final Sale items, not eligible for returns and exchanges, but we’ll do our best to help resolve any issues.

If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact our Customer service at support@wiggledecor.com ASAP, so that we can check the real-time status of your order and let you know if changes can be made (after your order has been sent to production, we will not be able to change the order).

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/REPLACEMENT POLICY?
Refunds and replacements eligibility will be analyzed on a case by case basis.

If you receive a damaged order, the wrong order or there is an issue with the product itself, we'll provide a reprint at no charge.

In order to receive a reprint please contact support@wiggledecor.com with the order number, description of issue and picture of the product.

You have 5 calendar days from the date you receive your order to submit a claim.

We DON'T DO refunds/replacements when:

  • The customer provided the wrong address or the wrong name or missed a package delivery
  • If the item received was wrongly chosen by the customer at checkout. Please always double check your order and sizing guides.
  • If after purchasing the item, the customer has a change of mind and doesn’t like the product anymore.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER, CAN YOU SEND ME A NEW ONE?
If an order is lost in transit and the shipping address you entered is correct, we will reprint and reship that order at our cost.

However, we will need to wait for the total delivery estimated time to pass before we submit a new order.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.

CAN YOU COMBINE SEPARATE INTO ONE SHIPMENT IF THE ADDRESS IS THE SAME?
Unfortunately, that is not possible, each order is shipped as submitted and we can't consolidate multiple orders into one shipment. Also, please note that sometimes even the items from the same order won't be sent together, as we work with multiple manufacturing facilities and not all items are produced in the same place.

HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE TO GET FULFILLED?
Products are pushed into production within 24 hours of placing your order. Production time and shipping time varies depending on the products you order. CLICK HERE to check the total delivery time for the product you've ordered.

DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, we offer international shipping to Australia, Canada and New Zealand and Europe.
